Conditions for individual stays
For individual bookings made directly with Hotel Hamlet, the following conditions apply.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Online bookings of stays with prepayment
When booking stays on our website, the price of the stay is deducted from the payment card at the time of booking.
- Other bookings
For bookings made by phone, by e-mail or by personal inquiry, a pro forma invoice will be sent, which must be paid no later than 8 days after booking to secure the reservation.
- No-Show
In case of no-show, late arrival and early departure, the hotel is entitled to a compensation equal to the full price of the final bookings.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CHANGE AND CANCELLATION
- Cancellation of room with and without breakfast
Bookings of rooms with and without breakfast can be canceled free of charge 24 hours before the day of arrival until 14.00 local time. If the room is canceled after 16:00 local time we will charge the first night.
- Cancellation of stay with dinner
Stays with dinner can be canceled free of charge, no later than 7 days before arrival. If canceled between 6 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be refunded. If canceled less than 2 days before arrival, the full price of the stay will be charged.
- How to change and cancel
Bookings made directly with Hotel Hamlet can be changed and canceled by contacting the hotel directly by phone or mail.
In the event of a change, reservations are made for any price increases.
Reservations made through 3rd party agents such as booking.com, Expedia, hotes.com etc. must be changed by the 3rd party agent where the reservation is made at.
