Fantastic welcome – very helpful, kind and efficient. Rooms were cozy, clean and a nice place to relax. Tv and wifi worked great. Location was perfect to walk around the city and enjoy everything. Parking was easy- a 5 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious!!

Had a great stay here. Great value for money! The receptionist was very kind and helpful. We stayed here when we were getting married in Helsingør. The breakfast was very nice and it was very well located for the ferry and the town hall.

Lovely, newly refurbished hotel in the center of Elsinore, in close proximity to the train station and the ferry terminal. A nice, clean room, freshly painted, but kept true to the style that suits an old building. A very nice and accommodating service from the staff.

We were in complete awe of how beautiful Hamlet has become. We stayed there in 2021, where the lamps were dangling with loose chords. It was with a certain hesitation that we made another booking there. The changes were incredible and so beautiful. An A+ for the reception and their pleasant way of welcoming us. Definitely the best hotel on this trip. Everything is a little quirky, but with so much charm. A great welcome, the bathroom well equipped, the bed comfortable. And the best part: The bike was safely placed in the lobby of the hotel, to make sure it did not get stolen.

Cozy, clean and nice rooms. The service was great and the people were really friendly. A nice place to stay in the city. All of the city is within walking distance from here. Highly recommendable.
